Outdoor patio with turquoise and white patterned rug, black metal chairs with cushions, grey plastic chairs with pillows, a grey wooden table with a lantern, and various potted plants along a wooden fence.

Decor extends outside of your home. Make a colorful fun space outside with turquoise and yellows.

Here you see a fun outdoor plastic rug purchased at Amazon that stands up to weather, keeping it looking fresh and bright. I’ve linked a different color as this one is no longer available. They do have tons of colors available. I also purchased the white folding table at Amazon but it does need to come in whenever the rain shows up. They are out of it in white but this set of two tables is similar with amazing reviews. I found the pillows at Home Goods and the rocking chairs at Lowes. I picked up the rattan chairs and coffee table at Big Lots. The poof is from Target (got it a few years back) and it rotates between the backyard and family room. Currently my doodle has taken it over.

Turquoise and Yellow, the Color of Summer

For me, blues and turquoises with pops of yellow brighten my mood. These accent colors go great with tans, greys, and greiges as you can see in some of the images we’ve shared. There are so many ways you can style these colors throughout your home. Whether it’s adding throw pillows, rugs, or choosing colorful kitchen accessories, these cheerful shades can instantly revitalize and brighten any space.

Don’t be afraid to mix patterns and textures to create a look that feels uniquely yours. Combining different prints, fabrics, and finishes adds depth and personality to your space. Try pairing a bold pillow with a soft, textured throw, or mix smooth ceramics and pottery with woven baskets or even rustic wood pieces. The options are truly endless!

Found this colorful placemat at Target.

This set up was found at Home Goods.

Painted a table found at a garage sale. Bought this fun lamp at Amazon to add a little more modern rustic look.
